for those of you who received my rant about two-day-old leftovers that I was expected to serve to my orientees, here’s a little visual for you.

(in terms of the Chinese food, at least, you must know that there was definitely LESS of it in the pan by the time I was being asked to serve it to my guests than there is in this picture!)
